Protec MX304 Alto Saxophone MAX Case

When developing the MAX case line, the goal at Protec was simple: to offer high-quality, lightweight cases with excellent protection at value prices. They then loaded these cases up with features often found in more expensive options. Combining Protec's skilled craftsmanship with these features makes it challenging to find a better case.

Responsibly made, all materials used in this case have been tested to be free of Lead, DEHP, PAHS8, DBP, and BBP. The case is designed to fit most modern alto saxophone makes and models, but is not intended for use with vintage saxophones.

The exterior of the case is made of rugged 600D nylon. The EPS foam frame is lightweight, rigid, and shock resistant, providing excellent protection. The main and subway handles are made of durable rope with reinforced stitching, featuring a comfortable padded handle wrap with a hook and loop closure.

The shoulder straps include a large adjustable shoulder pad and strong lightweight clips. The case also features built-in backpack straps that are padded for comfort and can easily be tucked away when not in use.

The zippers used are strong, high-quality, and custom-designed. The QuickLock hook and loop case closure allows you to securely shut an empty case without zippering. The large gusseted front pocket is perfect for storing smaller accessories.

The interior of the case is lined with durable, non-abrasive, and breathable velour. It is designed to fit most modern alto saxophone makes and models, with separate neck and mouthpiece sections to protect against dents and scratches. The storage compartment offers plenty of room to store small accessories.
